We are the Ruiz family, a Colombian family with big dreams and always with the desire and hope of leaving a good mark for Colombians here.

Our small business began in 2019 selling Huila tamales, that small business grew and with a lot of work and effort we managed to start this company that we call home "Fonda Colombiana". In the month of January 2020,

We started trying to integrate our Colombian people who miss home cooking, our recipes are 100% homemade and created by ourselves, the seasoning is unique and incomparable and that is why our slogan "As delicious as at home" comes to light.

The year of the pandemic was our beginning, those were difficult times because it was a new company trying to get ahead in the middle of a pandemic, without giving up, we kept doing what people liked and thanks to our authentic Colombian food we managed to get ahead in middle of everything that was happening.

NOW DAYS 

Today we continue to improve and our goal and purpose is to make our gastronomy of the country that we love so much known, that Colombians feel at home and that people from other countries know what it is like to feel in Colombia when they come to eat at the Colombian Fonda , we will continue with our delicious dishes and we appreciate all the support we have received from all the people since day one, this is the Colombian Fonda and we are waiting for you with open arms.
